  • Paloma marinated chicken breast, arugula grilled pineapple and watermelon, queso fresco, red onions, paloma vinaigrette

Third Course

• Cantarito Chimi Steak

  • Citrus marinated steak, cilantro chimichurri, zucchini corn calabacitas, ancho spiced roasted potatoes
• Paired with Mandala Añejo

Fourth Course

• Raspberry Sunrise

  • Citrus olive oil cake with raspberry orange compote
